I don't know how many of my followers here play Yume Nikki but...

I am ashamed to say I have not played YN since I bought this laptop I'm using right now, like...what, two Novembers ago? I forget exactly. And I had never even tried installing .flow or Yume 2kki at all until this weekend.

Well over the weekend I worked out how to install both on both my older XP computer and this Windows 7 laptop, and posted the instructions here: www.theneitherworld.com/yumeni… I am hoping to start playing the original again too and posting more walkthroughs on my site if possible.

I appreciate all the kind emails and guestbook entries I get about Madotsuki's Closet and will try harder to be loyal to the fandom.

I have never uploaded fanfic onto da before...I don't have anything new, but I guess uploading my old stuff would at least get me some new views and comments. Currently fanfiction.net is the only place you can find any of my stories. and I'm hoping to get back into writing fanfic sometime soon as well.

Anyways, yeah. Just saying, I may start uploading my fanfics soon, but it won't be anything that hasn't already been around for like 5 to 10 years. Almost 20 for the older ones.

Know what I don't get? People who think that posted rules apply to everyone BUT them, and when there are repercussions when they break said rules, claim they are being targeted specifically, as if ANYBODY else doing that same thing would not have gotten the same exact punishment. And they will use any excuse they can fathom to try and get themselves exempt from those rules. Sometimes for years, and break even more rules in the process.

I don't understand. :/

Please tell me this doesn't just happen to me.

Many times a day, the social networking sites I belong to (and Etsy) get mixed up. When I go to Facebook it redirects to MySpace, when I go to Etsy it redirects to MySpace, when I go to Google it redirects to MySpace, when I go to Twitter it redirects to Blogger! This happens constantly and I can't use those sites at all until they're "fixed". I don't ever see anybody else complaining about this so I'm afraid I may have a virus or something. :/ I've yet to try going to to those sites on other computers when it happens but it does happen in all browsers on this computer.

Has anybody else seen this? At all?

edit: I did some poking around and found that it probably has to do with some weirdness with my particular router. I have tried one solution and will see if that sticks, otherwise there are other solutions I could try.

So I went out and got myself a California seller's permit today...so I guess "Sparky's Stitches" is now officially a business. Yay.
